Cancellation Policy
Due to our cancellation policy, we require a current credit card on file for all appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid the minimum missed appointment fee. We do not accept same day reschedules or cancellations. The fee is the minimum price of the appointment booked (for example, the minimum missed appointment fee for a Facial is $140). This policy is out of respect for the time of our employees as well as other clients.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before a service is performed or product is purchased, please consider all the required protocols and side effects.
